With more than 20 years in healthcare, including the last decade dedicated to aesthetic medicine, I founded Off The Ground Business Consulting to help practices build the structure they need to grow with confidence.
As a published author, conference speaker, moderator, and former Allied Health & Practice Development Committee Co-Chair with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, I've spent my career helping practices improve operations through structure, accountability, and scalable systems.
Today, I partner with aesthetic, surgical, and elective medical practices to build scalable operations, stronger teams, and exceptional patient experiences.
