Kristian Allred, CPPM
Founder & Principal Consultant
Kristian Allred founded Off The Ground Business Consulting after years of leading operations inside aesthetic and surgical practices and seeing firsthand what happens when growth outpaces structure.
Her experience spans practice operations, team leadership, workflow design, patient experience, compliance readiness, performance management, and the development of systems designed to support sustainable growth.
A published author, conference speaker, and moderator, Kristian has also served in industry leadership through American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, including as former Co-Chair of the Allied Health & Practice Development Committee.
Today, she partners with aesthetic, surgical, and elective medical practices to strengthen operational infrastructure, improve performance visibility, develop stronger teams and build systems that support the practice beyond any one person.
