What Happens After The Assessment?
The Executive Practice Health Assessment is valuable as a standalone engagement.
Once complete, you may choose to implement the recommendations internally, or explore continued support from Off The Ground.
When additional support is appropriate, OTG may recommend a focused operational engagement, broader implementation support, or our ongoing executive advisory based on the findings of the assessment.
There is no obligation to continue into additional consulting services.
